She now has two coats of primer on her bottom.  

 

I keep finding wire holes that didn’t get filled.  This type of construction requires a lot of wire stitches— about 300 for this one!

 

 But I’m anxious to get the finish coats of Perfection on her before the once pollen hits.  That will stop everything.  This is a shot of my car window during last year’s pine pollen apocalypse.

 

My garage is built underneath my house, so I can’t paint or varnish in there; the fumes would permeate the entire house.  Been there, done that.  Hopefully tomorrow, after the rain passes.

The rain keeps the pollen down, so I varnished.  The owner picks her up Memorial Day Weekend.

I finally got past the worst of the pollen, and finished the boat.  My friend came yesterday, and we launched her.  Today, she’s on her way to her new home in  Madison, WI.
