My favorite time of the day to be on the water. If there is a little wind it is even better. I will often sail until really late if there is any wind at all.

Snap happy? I don't think so. I really enjoy the photos from diffrent places. Even though I live in paradise I get a bit tired of pine trees and scrub oak and table top flat. Lately I've been missing Tucson.

Alas, another succumbs to the photo moment. Great shot!

I think each sailing trip should have a photo. Preferably several. Sailing without a camera is pretty boring, and a bummer when that unique shot is missed.

I think one of the neat things about sailing is that the sport puts a person out where things are happening, exposed to events that we would normally miss in our cars or stuck on shore.

i'm on vacation in the middle of the desert...and have a few scenic shots to share...sunset at a reservoir and a nice pic of Tahoe...WHITE CAPS all over that lake the first day i was there....REally WiCkEd water....

Excellent pics ladies and gents!!

Here's a couple we took a while ago on our local lake. The boat (SS MOYE) actually runs on diesel and the paddle wheel is actuated by a hydraulic motor, but she sure looks cute. She belongs to the Heritage Park here in Calgary and she can be boarded a few times a day for a ride on the lake.

I couldn't find a parrot to put on my shoulder at the Pirate Party Treasure Hunt so I got Zak to participate. He doesn't mind being on the boat as much anymore... well, not bad for a landlubber.
