I found your ad in the classifieds a couple of days too late or I would have bought them. I had already ordered a set from Stephensons. I'm glad to hear that another woman wants to build one. That's great! My daughter is a great builder. She's finished her basement with bedrooms for her two boys and the girl, made a climbing and swinging and sliding toy out in the back yard and even a doghouse. I started digging out my garage last night . Trying to make room for "the boat" (that sounds so cool) I have requested a stationary band saw for my birthday, I am hopeful. I have thought about selling my radial saw, it is a big craftsman, and I have been having trouble with it single phasing. It is a great saw but I wonder if it is worth the trouble. I had it worked on and the guy bypassed the voltage regulator switch, which worked for a few months, but now it is doing the same thing must be another problem.. Takes up room when I can't use it. I had a question about the cabin roof. Seems it is quite difficult to bend the 3/8" ply , has anyone done the roof in 2 separate 1/4" layers, laminated? Thanks again for the warm welcome. Quote

Only a couple questionable characters on this forum, and you will find out about them soon enough. :roll: So grab a chair, and join in the adventure. :wink: 3/8" is easier to get to lie flat than 1/4", but we use all of them on a curve because they are much stronger in that configuration.
