When it gets to this 3-D stage it is pretty exciting because the basic shape of the boat becomes apparent. Just keep on working away at it and asking questions. When you get the side panels on it, it will look huge until you get it in the water. Then it will shrink again. Quote

Going 3-D is always exciting because it finally looks like a boat to others ... not as good as in your mind's eye, but they can at least see part of the dream now. Quote

Pat Mellema Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 Dennis It is fun to be at that stage it sure beats sanding. I finally got the paint on right. I had to sand off the first coat of paint because I used the wrong roller to put the primer on. It is looking good and I should be in the water in about 1 month. You will be in the water soon with your progress. Quote
