Hi folks- for the first time in quite a while we have wifi available. We're in Apalachicola, Fl, having now come slightly over 1000 miles from home port. Waiting to see what this frontal system is gonna give us as far as winds before we head out from here to Tarpon Springs-140 miles away across open gulf. No biggie in good winds but we sure don't want to be bucking 20 knots on the nose

No problems with the boat so far other than a conked out bilge pump which has been replaced, and a depth sounder that died and has also been replaced.

More next time I get a chance.

Charlie I have a good contact in Tarpon Springs if you need transportation or supplies. Send me a pm and I will give you his contact info if you would like. He also has a large sailboat along with several smaller ones and can assist you if you need something in that area.  Great to hear from you again.

God to hear you are doing OK. That can be a long sail to Tarpon Springs from there if the wind is "wrong." I know, I did it the other way with NW winds for most of the trip.
