  1. I managed to miss both of these shows as I was in a bind and was way behind, so I went down to Georgia for a few days.
  2. Same day as the Southport Wooden Boat Show.
  3. Graham, I'd like to hear your impressions of the PT Spear and how it compares to your Spindrifts.
  4. I just saw Carlita and Graham pass by my house on Oak Island. I went out to the deck and yelled hello, but Graham didn't hear me. It looked like he was starting the outboard. I wish I would've been quick enough to take a picture to post here.
  5. We've had a good bit of rain over the past several days with some localized flooding, but it seems that the worst of it hit farther south in South Carolina. Myrtle Beach isn't all that far from me, but they got it a lot worse than I did. Charleston and Columbia seem like they got it worse than me as well. Hope everyone is safe.
  6. Rectifying the sheer clamp will be a lot easier in 1/10 scale than full size. Building the model has already paid off and it will be cool to have a miniature replica of your boat to put on the mantel.
  7. I wish there was a local sailboat for sale website like that one. I used to live out that way (Silverdale, WA), but now live in NC. Good luck with the sale.
  8. Not mine, no affiliation, I just came across the ad on craigslist and figured I'd post it here. http://wilmington.craigslist.org/boa/4990327966.html
  9. Boat is looking great Mike. Glad you got her flipped without any issues.
  10. Looking good Mike. Thanks for posting your updates.
  11. Looks great. Is that the Marissa picture from the B&B website on your wall for inspiration?
  12. At the pace he was going, he's probably completed his boat and is now spending his days bobbing around in the Med too busy to post.
  13. I would call those knees gussets, but sounds like knee is the correct term.
  14. "https://www.flickr.com/photos/3rr/sets/72157643391181165/" Here are some photos from the 2014 3 rivers race. Watching that video really made me want to get out and do some sailing.
