Classy looking Vacationeer Jim. I presume the one further out is the one we are talking about. Been a long time coming...but I'll just bet it is all worth the "moaning", ranting and delays.

Yes the one on the water is the Vacationer. The sail at the bottom of the screen belongs to the PC built by Scott Widmier of the BYYB.

I have been out twice now and have no regrets in my investment in blood sweat and tears (even some foul language).

Looks great. I missed my launch date . And will miss this weekend too, I still have to fibgerglass, work on spars, make the sails, and finish up the seats (tonight). And I am doing a presentation on my boat in school on Monday, agh! Where is that? If I recollect correctly Memorial day was pretty lousy here weather wise, finaly today we have some blue sky, for a while May was more like October. Your boat looks very nice

My family and I were out with Scott and his family on his Pocket Cruiser during the Memorial Day Monday, where we met up with Jim. I can tell you first hand that Jim's done a fabulous job on his boat. I was very surprised to see how fast Jim's boat was as well. At one point we headed to shore and Jim stayed out ... I turned around for a moment, looked back and he was half way across the lake!

We were sailing at Michael J. Kirwan Reservoir, in Ravenna, Ohio. The weather was originally supposed to be thunder and rain all weekend, but by Monday it was 60's with 5-10mph winds and partly cloudy. It's hard to say no to a day like that.

Florin, keep up the good fight it took me six years of sundays to build my Vacationer, it really is a lot of boat.

Frank, Thanks for the gallery that you added to the site I have lots of photos to share and now I have a place to do it. Photos from Craig Gleason gave me the incentive to finish now it is time for me to help some one else out.

The fleet gets bigger and bigger. I wouldn't mind sailing with a fleet of jousting Stevenson yachts.

Myself, I been working hard on fine tuning my Wolf. New coats of paint, I can't help it :roll:

Now if the local Doge dealership gives me my truck back by next monday I am going sailing, too. Harding Lake needs a visit, and folks need to go sailing with me. Each following Monday a new lake, Mr. Trailer Sailor,

Actually, Jim ... credit wasn't necessary. I'd rather not be noted as the guy with the really cheap digital camera and fuzzy pictures. Talk about a grainy finish, I've definitely got to replace it with something that gives a bit more quality.

Glad I saw this message ... I had forgotten that I had to approve the ones you put in there (the software sends me an email, but I had deleted them, intending to visit the site and approve them ... but then LIFE intervened!)

I like the Gallery too; it really helps to be able to see what others are doing. And anyone registered in the forums can view them easily enough.
