Adding that is my plan, the rode will live in the bow well, haven't come to a decision on where to put the anchor cleat. We plan on anchoring from the forward hatch too. Really want no cleats on the deck, they seem to be sheet catchers deluxe! Quote

There are already several sail control lines coming to the deck next to and just behind the mast, including snotter, halyard, downhaul, reefing pendant, and topping lift. Get's kinda crowded... I'll lay all those out first and then decide where to place the anchor cleat. I usually use the same cleat for anchor and dock lines. Quote
