With my other helper, we had 190 years of experience at work and at 62 I was the kid First shot is the boat all rigged and ready to lift- Chain falls set up above temp frame and just at bulkhead 3. Harken blocks hanging from hooks and a heavy line run through the blocks and tied into a loop. 1x2s clamped inside and out at the sheer to protect the plywood edges.
