There was a noise and I turned to see my Belhaven trying to escape from the shop. I caught her just as she was reaching the door. I think the more paint that I get on her the more she wishes to get wet. But I pushed her back in and said not YET! :x Any way you all keep an eye on your uncompleted boats, you never know when they are going to make a break for it. Scott Quote

Scott Dunsworth Posted October 22, 2005 Author Posted October 22, 2005 Thanks Tom and Wkisting. Sorry for the slow reply Tom, it is 1088 meranti from Noahs. Some was darker than others. It is dark but not as dark as it looks in the picture. Sometimes pictures twists the truth around and that is good when your looking at my work. I was looking at the head on picture and noticed that it looked like the main tabernacle was not straight. So I couldn't sleep that night thinking about it and ran out to the shop to check it.
