Who wants to build a Spindrift?

I own a sailboat and need a dinghy for cruising and maybe the occasional sail. The nesting option seems like a great fit for me but I have a problem.

I would really love to build a Spindrift Nesting dinghy but live in a condo so don't have a place to build it. To be honest I don't have the woodworking skills either so it would be a difficult process for me to attempt on my own.

So are you thinking about building yourself a dinghy? With two people building two boats isn't much more difficult than building one! I'd love to find someone to help me build the boat. There is a place in boston that offers space and tools for woodworking so you don't even need to have a place to build it. We could sign up for the Artist Assylum and use their space and tools to build ourselves awesome Spindrifts! Then we will have someone to race on the Charles River!

If you live within a reasonable distance from Boston I'm happy to drive, I just really need the help. This would be an amazing project to undertake.

That's a great idea. I seem to remember some brothers or cousins on here a few years back that built matching boats, and they had a lot of fun doing it.
