Dale Niemann
Oct 18-21, our West Coast Trailer Sailing Club (west coast of Florida) planned a beach cruising trip to Cayo Costa. It is a barrier island state park located near Charlotte Harbor the other major bay on the west coast of Florida. Tampa Bay being the big one. Designer
Great report Dale. It is good that you folks have such an active sailing group. How do you like the new rig?
Dale Niemann
Graham, So far, I like the new tracks for the sails. However, I did not have the need to reef on my trip so still do not know how the reefing will work. One thing I did notice was that the masts with sail tracks are much heavier but I think having the ability to reef will far outweight that.
