I was surprised at the low delivered price of the CNC cut kit for the hull panels ... that could make it a lot easier to build it rather than try to source the right materials (especially for those not in an area that normally has marine grade ply). You should upload one of the renderings too; it looks like it makes the right compromises between a canoe and a kayak. Quote

This forum is for is a good resource for many designs and I don't want get "pushy". But since you asked... She did turn out pretty. I can't tell you how many different times I started over on this because I lost count. But I think the effort was well worth it. Couple other versions coming in the not-to-distant future. I wouldn't recommend a first-timer take this project on so I do want to do a little bit shorter one with less panels. Quote

Down the road, I plan on doing some simpler versions that don't have so many panels to stitch up. Maybe a little shorter too. Kicking around the idea of a woodstrip version as well. Quote

But since you asked... In the classifieds section, I think the offers and pictures are fine. I don't have a problem with "commercial" posts when they are about boat kits and boat plans ... its not like they are from Proctor & Gamble or anything like that. Most of the people selling plans and kits are small mom & pop businesses, so I consider them just about equal to a guy selling his used boat. Quote
