Well, I'm still working on the laminated coaming but the frame is lashed and oiled.  Time to place an order for footrests, fabric, backband, etc.....

Good job, curlew was my first sof also.....building these type of kayaks are a complete joy, relaxing,recharges the creative spirit for the artist in me......Functional Sculpture. .....Hats off to Jeff for getting me hooked on these......

I do believe it is Frame Resting On Grass (or Ground, maybe). This is conjecture on my part, as I am acronym challenged.

In the early days of this section of the forum it became apparent that most builders documenting their boat here always took a frame ready to skin picture.  For most of us the best place to get a good shot, with good lighting and free of junk in the view was out on the lawn.  So "Frame Resting On Grass".  It was not only noted, but suggested and unanimously voted upon that all documented boats in this forum are required by law to contain a FROG photo at that point in progress.
