Chalk board for kayak sketches

Sort of kayak related. Been wanting a board in my office for some time. Paper or computer notes get out of sight and forgotten. Just wanted a place to jot a note that could be seen. Maybe a way to sketch an idea and sit back and study on it.

 

Found a cabinet door that was on our old dishwasher in the shop. Flat panel, perfect! Some Chalkboard paint, hanging hardware, and now I have I have a new idea board.

I need something like that in my shop, just to write notes to remind me what I was doing 10 minutes ago!

I have to redo a tool cabinet and when I do I am going paint the door faces with this stuff!
