Aluminum masts

Folks just received my aluminum mast sections and I'm kinda racing time to be done by the 1st week in Oct for the Sail Oklahoma event, so my question is what's the most effiecent way/equipment to ream the lower section to accept the uppers. My search didn't reveal any results.

THIS worked well for me. Here is the "final stage rig" using a finer grit paper after roughing it out with a heavier grit. Just an empty cartridge with a bolt run through it so i could chuck this into my drill.

Many thanks Docpal, after a quick call to Graham I made up the reamer as he suggested and after a couple of hours both masts are a snug fit. Was able to make up the mast bearing as well, so hope to be on target for the end of month, again thank you.

Great I love Tri's,wanted to see this one since I 1st heard mention on this forum, working diligently toward having the Core Sound done, but having doubts (can't make Epoxy/paint dry Any quicker) Also have boat trailer blocked up waiting on new seals/ O rings, new bearings /races done yesterday (where does the time go !!)

Just received a package from Duckworks with what I hope is all the rope, cleats ect I'll need to rig.
