Just finished flipping the boat this week - no major injuries.  pics can be found here;  Properly spaced trees are key.

It'a a windward 28 from www.cmdboats.com.

I'm hoping to get it out on the water sometime late next year - probably just with a motor until I can make the sails.

Nice looking hull. That's pretty clever engineering, too. How much time do you have in it so far?

Just coming up on the 2nd year anniversary of starting the boat - I try to devote a full 3 minits a day , but kids and job keep calling, so it's been hard to keep track. The nice part is that my wife adds this project to my todo list.  and the family does like to help out - My youngest has made several unique cuts with the pull saw here and there - I have to hide the tools.

Looks like a successful conclusion to some clever field engineering.  A boat that size would take quite a few people to do it with the brute force method.  Here all you had to do was get your daughters to do the work!
