Yeah, it was fun. We are right at 100 miles away. I must have been bitten bad, I just bought a project. 195? 16' runabout. Complete with motor and trailer for $200! It needs wok in lots of places but it will sweet.

First I have to peel off all of the polyseter resin/cloth that was used to cover some areas. Was in the water motoring until last week when he tore off the forward part of the keel on the trailer. Now it is taking on a lot of water. Seems mostly sound.

Motor steering swivel is mostly frozen; that shouldn't be too hard to repair.

No, that is not me in the picture. It was bright deck and trim when original.

you didn't buy it you stoled it. If the motor runs at all it's worth than that! Nice find! I know you will make the boat better than it was when new!

Thanks for sharing. I remember watching the progress shots as Barrett build those Navigators. That boat is on my list of ones I'd like to build.
