Thanks for the compliment Greg. I learned to sail in Muskegon so a bit of wind and rough water is sort of a given. Up to a point. How goes youtr building Greg?

I am finishing up the repairs and refurbishing of an Oday 10 sailing dinghy. She has wooden spars, good sails, but had some rot in the top of the transom. It is nearly complete, just needs a bit of sanding and the finishing paint job. I will put her up for sale by the end of the month.

My Laguna 24 has finished most of its major refurbish needs and it sitting in her slip awaiting a new owner, and hopefully one will show up soon.

I expect to be back in South Haven this fall to finish up the lobster boat we started building this spring. My Spindrift is still sitting in the shop as cut panels. I despair of ever finding the time to finish it, but I will eventually. Going from retirement back into the full time work force really put a dent in my time.

You are right about sailing here. It is not for the timid.
