Kudzu Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Finally, after a couple years of looking I have added a new fabric I am really excited about. The new 6 oz. polyester is in stock. The weave is smooth, tight and very soft feeling. Has a beautiful finish and look to light to be safe. But the mill assures me this fabric is stronger than the original 8 oz. It is made at a small specialty mill here in the US. Kudzu Posted February 18, 2017 Author Posted February 18, 2017 It is sewn on tight. You can not depend on shrinking it around the frame but I am convinced depending on shrinking any fabric is a bad idea. They relax and go slack after a while. So just sew it on tight to start with. Quote
