Belhaven 19 Galley

[High Altitude]

Thinking about building a Belhaven 19 and was wondering.........

 

Any ideas on how to use and access all the space under the galley top closed off by the center board?

 

Any specific use other than general storage?

On my BH19, Scott (original builder), used an inserted but removable plastic tub as a sink, and therefore can use the void under it for a small water tank and other stuff.  Could also put a flush hatch in the counter-top to the left of the sink space, to access the space under it.   Just thoughts.  Rick

Though it's been stalled for months now because of more pressing matters, I'm making that area convertible into a berth. Galley stuff will store in caddies that go under the bunk.
