Functional Ports

I may be getting ahead of myself, (I can't help but daydream), but I am about to start the cabin of my Pocket Yacht and was wondering what some of the options are for the port windows.

As I am considering using this boat for crusing (up to a week or more) it would really be nice to have functional ports with windows that can be opened or closed as needed, as well as screens for bug protection.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
