Varnishing in the rain

I am in the final run to finish my brightwork and we are expecting rain here tomorrow.

My question is can I continue to varnish inside my garage or front porch? Don't want to mess up that finish, to much work.

I wouldn't and I don't!  The higher humidity and lower temps generally have a negative effect on varnish.  Better to have an overcast day with out direct sunlight and reasonably dry and warm.  I'd wait!
