Is there a PHRF rating for the CS 17? I want to join in some racing and have been told I need this to participate.

The Seapearl 21 has a provisional Portsmouth number of 96.6. The CS17 without roach in the sails should be rated a little slower at around 97 - 98 in light air and around 96 in heavier air. There is no cat ketch formular and we can only go by performance against other boats.
