Denis Goyette Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Good day My fellow builder . I am about to make the shelves for my weekender, I am a bit confused about where they go. There seem to be no measurement on where they go. I watched the video and there was no mention of the shelves .I caught a glance of them but that's all. The top of the side piece seems to go flush under the deck. Can anyone clarify this for me ? Thank You :oops: dont mind my speeling, my first language is french :oops: Quote
Dave R1 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 I don't think it is terribly critical. I set the height so the shelves were usable. They extend aft from the forward bulkhead and are primarily in the design to help stiffen the hull side. I think they would be most effective in that role located about halfway between bottom and deck but I went a bit higher than that for looks. (Mostly so people wouldn't look at mine. ) Quote
