You've got a good group of people around you Brit. All of them will be a good group to get better acquainted with. It is a long haul between some of the lakes but I also know that distance is relative in the Southwest.

Even if a Lizard is the best you an do for a sailing buddy mascot. :roll:

It was a fun weekend. It is nice to get together and help someone on their way to finishing the boat, but it will be even nicer to meet at a lake and mess about. As of Brit's boatshed we have 2 new builders in the Southwest. Randy and Darick are hooked and waiting for plans. I think it is going to be a good summer.

I head to Phoenix next week to sail with that ragged bunch. I'll be sure to post pictures.

Gads I'm getting itchie to get mine fininshed too. Been far too long in the process. But Mid July launch deadline is in the works for me.
