Tim Gilman Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I need a break :!: Some of you may remember me. My family moved to the Seattle WA area last December. I sold my Skipjack, and am now boatless. (My wife promises that I can build another once we move back to the east coast.) Anyway, I've been excessively busy at work for the past 2 months, and I'm worn out. My wife said, "Go do something this weekend." And I thought of sailing. So, although it cooling off out here, and you never know if there will be sun (who cares, really), is there anybody looking for a sailing buddy this weekend? Any time, any place, any boat. BTW, we found a nice home in Sumner, WA. I take the Sounder (commuter train) into Seattle everyday. It really works out nicely. Thanks, Tim Gilman Boatless Quote
capt jake Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I recently covered the boat up, figuring the boating season was, or is, done. I have pans on Saturday, Sunday is a little shaky at present. I will see what transpires for the remainder of the week and let you know. Stump may be available, he is in Kent. It would be nice to get out again, as long as we don't get another huge downpour like we had last week. :shock: Flooded the whole property for a short time. Editted, there is also the fellow on Lake Washington, is it Noel? Quote
