Brian Watford Posted September 23, 2004 Posted September 23, 2004 These are a couple of weeks old. I made the bulkheads and transom before I got the hull made. The transom worked fine and it looks like I will be able to use the forward bulkhead. I haven't even tryed to place the aft bulkhead yet. I also cut the individual pieces of the hull bottom out before butt-joining them together. When I first opened it I had gaps of up to 1 .25 inches. I refolded it three times taking down the high spots until I got it right. It looks like I may come out ok on these mistakes but I definately need to spend more time reading the plans before cutting the wood. [attachment over 4 years old deleted by admin] Quote
