A Wooden Boats Affect on a Sailer.

I was surfing the Wooden Boat Forum and came accross this essay by Roger Stouff. I've never seen or heard the afinaty for a wood boat put so susinctly.

Sigh! Don't it just grab you! I have been wating to break this news for just the right moment. Two weeks ago, while loading up the Vacationer, my wife said to me, "I think you are going to have to build me another boat. because, after your gone, I don't think I can handle this big ----- thing by myself." That will teach me to rob the cradle.

So she wants an open daysailer, easy to trailer and load. It will have to be stable, but fast. And moderately easy to build in my small garage this winter.
