nub Posted December 20, 2014 Posted December 20, 2014 I may have missed something in my Assembly Manual. Building my VARDO, there are 4 brackets mounted to the stromgback, with those 4 frames over the keel. How do I lash those 4 frames to the keel, as the brackets are in the way? It seems I will have to do that after completing all the other lashings, and removing the entire frame from the strongback. On another note, I find it easier on the lashings to slightly break the sharp edges on all the stringers before lashing. A small block plane or a radius plane works well, and even 100 grit sandpaper will work. Quote
