Tried out using a kayak back band on the canoe today. It' made paddling it a lot more comfortable but not sure if it will be a permanent change I'll give it a few trips and see.

Had the stonefly out fishing last weekend, first time using the back band. It worked well, much easier on the back and no problems with it being in the way. It's a permanent addition now.
