Wanted: Builder for Core Sound or Belhaven

I would really like to build a CS or perhaps Belhaven but just don't have the space, one of the downsides of condo living. I'm thinking about commissioning someone to build one. Does anyone know of a builder in the Puget Sound area that might be interested?

That would be really cool if it worked. It crashed Chrome browser, and in Firefox after I kill the unresponsive javascript (error dialog), the map displays but with no members. Not sure what to expect, as I have not seen this feature work.

I'm working some local angles, too, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask around.

I have a professionally built Core Sound 20, built by Geoff Kerr (featured in Wooden Boat mag).

I am not getting enough time in my schedule to use. I am in the Wilmington, NC area.
