Bay River Runner

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for information on the Bay River Runner, the power boat version of the BRS. Anybody out there ever build one? Photos, building experience, any info would be helpful. I'm looking at what's available to build in a 13' - 16' boat with a 10 - 20 HP outboard and the BRR seems to be a good option. So far I've looked at Devlin's Candlefish 13 and a 14' skiff by Bateau and don't like the seating arrangements of either.

Hey, Mitch. I've recently moved to the Carolina mountains, and will be "river running" and lake cruising. B and B boats are all fantastic designs. You will be happy with any of them. He's never designed a "bad boat".

 

I just googled Bay Runner by B and B and see that Graham did a 17 ft. also. Hmmm, sounds interesting. I've been talking with him about a 16 ft. "garvey" style boat. If he doesn't have time to design that one, I may take a look at the Bay runner. What do you say "Mr. Designer".

Hi Chick,

I built a Flyfisher a few years ago, it's the most used boat out of my 'fleet'.

I've enjoyed seeing the B&B boats you have built over the years, especially the Outerbanks 20, beautiful design.
