sscoville Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I came accross this boat on Craigslist Wilmington identified as a "Silvia Skiff." I got some more photos and sent them to Graham to review. He agrees that this appears to be a fiberglass Bay River Runner built by the late Nelson Silva.
