I live about 30 miles from B&B yacht design, and figure a few days for the USPS to carry the mail - wrong. Yesterday, July 25th, I called B&B Yacht Design and ordered Diva plans at 3:05 PM. About 4 PM today I cracked open my mailbox and SHAZAM! My Diva plans! Good job USPS and great job from B&B - the nice young lady who took my order must have shot that envelope into the post office at warp speed.

WOW! More outstanding service from B&B Yacht Design! A few days ago I called in an order for two 50 yard rolls of fiberglass tape. Later that evening the young lady who took my order - and it is Marissa - calls back. Seems she'll be traveling my way the next evening and she can drop my order off and save me shipping! I am stunned. Sure enough, around 7 pm the next day the doorbell rings and there is Marissa with two rolls of tape. Marissa is a lovely young lady with a 500 watt smile, and her dedication to customer service certainly elevates B&B Yacht Design to a 5 star plus rating.
