I was originally hoping for a Double paddle version, but after further reading, I got the sense that a double paddle canoe invovles trade-offs in terms of comfort and/or seaworthiness. I also think that my bad memories of single paddle canoeing are probably not valid because they date back decades to when it would just be me another little kid struggling with a big heavy canoe on a deep cold choppy lake. I now realize that it was a mistake to compare that experience to my more recent memories messing around in rented plastic kayaks with a double paddle on placid sunny baywaters. Scouring through the Sand Box (that is where I store boats I am 'playing' with ) I found this canoe. I had totally forgotten about it and honestly when I saw it again I was quite taken by the styling. I still don't remember designing it but obviously I did. Great News, Jeff... Funny, but I remember seeing the word "tangerine" on your website a year or so ago under the "coming soon" listing. Looking forward to seeing this unfold! Quote

Looking forward to seeing this unfold! Different boat that never materialized. I had a friend that wanted a canoe and was willing to be a Guinea pig, I used the orange color when I was designing it. It and pink (of all colors) show up best on the screen so I use those a lot in the 3D views. Showed him some drawing and he loved the orange color and wanted to use it. Hence the name. But it never got very far before he lost interest. So I scrapped the boat but kept the name. Quote
