Getting pics up

Before I introduce myself and my new project, how the heck do you get pics posted like everyone does

There are two possibilities.  If the image is on the internet and has a URL that you can refrence all you need are the image tags. 

[img=http://server.domain.com/path/image_name.jpg]

Otherwise you click on the "Additional Options" link below the composition window, click on browse and attach the photo directly to the message.
