Parts and Pieces and turning over

:-\  Hey All.  am still working albeit slowly tward turing time.  I am wondering about a block for mounting small motor, location and size.  I have plenty of 1x8 fir and figued cutting piece and setting into stern before I piece in the deck beam on the stern.  Ideas?  Next do I need to notch out a section on the transom and how much is recommended?  Next item in pieces:  What and where do I mount the butt bolck for the optional mast position?  It appears that it is sitting above the seat by 3/4 inch and the seat tops butt up to it.  Does one put a plate on the bottom of the boat where one puts the mast (through?) the butt block so the mast sits on the bottom of the hull?  Tom Lanthrop, I think you sent me pics of turing the hull could you send them again, maybe I can sse the interior and get a better idea for the internal structure before the seats are covered.  Anyone with pics of the seat stringers being installed from aft to forward bulkhead HELP!  The rear bulkhead is installed and looks great, took some work but what worth hile doesn't?  I chose the option for the entire back to be a seat and it sure loks wide to say the very least....  lots of behind space but I think it needs more beams for support, measures a little over 27.5" deep from the rear bulkhead deck beam to the transom.  Boat appears to have no twist with four levels installed front to back and laser line shooting the centerline.  I am sure I am about 1/16 to 1/8 inch off in several areas but also looks to have balanced itself through God's grace.  Thinking I need more beams for the seat athwart?? ship so my big fanny is not bending the 1/4 ply, noted someone doubled that up to 1/2 in one boat, can't remember which one.  I am a little leary of cutting the notches for setting the beams in all requirements, but I'll get through it, looking at getting a FIEN tool, high speed occillating device which I can also use for cutting out some bad oak flooring set on concrete, need to replace soon.  Another request or beg rather.... any pics of the fore deck beams during and after installation would be greatly apreciated.  By the By, does one install these before or after turning............I forget so darn much from previous guidance of the masters.  Thanks folks, look forward to the input
