Sealing through hull fasteners on a Spindrift

There are a few places on a Spindrift where fasteners need to go through the hull:

where the mainsheet block attaches on the bottom (a couple bolts throught the keel and plywood)

bolting the pintles to the transom

attaching a self-bailer (with a gasket, too)

What is the recommended sealant in these situations?

Here's what I used for my SD10 built on Australia, I expect the professional US builders may have additional advice.

I used thickened epoxy resin, same mixture a used for filleting the sheet joints

Sikaflex

I used thickened epoxy for the main sheet screws because I hope I never have to get at them again, since the keel and stainless steel rail is under it.  But for the bailer and pintles, I used Life Caulk.  No leaks so far.  Marty
