Ken Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 Finally, I got a few folks together and flipped the boat back rightside up again. It was belly up for way too long, collecting lots of sawdust while I let the paint cure and worked on lots of the smaller miscellaneous projects. I'm looking forward to getting the deskside started (and finished). I included a couple pics of the UHMW that I attached to the forward and the aft of the keel for protection, as Jan was considering as well. Jan Williamson Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 Ken, Wow I like your paint choices too. You've done a great job, and by the angle I see you don't have a bump where the hull panels meet. (one of my problem area) Good job. I attached the UHMW that I was able to salvage from the mill. It is blue and the keel is white but I don't think the fish will mind I still have to drill out the holes and fill them with epoxy, but it looks like it will be a good protection. Yours looks good. You are further along on the top side then me. I don't have the port lights done yet. Time to finish it up heh? Quote
