Hi Don. Great build. I have the plans and I live 23 miles west of Dallas, North Richland Hills. We have so many great sailing lakes within 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I have had the plans for a couple of years now thinking I would just get a used Hobie 16 or another San Juan 21. Wife had me convinced at 74 I couldn't finish it or sail anymore. Now I am more determined than ever to do it. I have a 14 year old grandson who loves to build things as my helper. If mine tuns out 1/2 as nice as yours I'll be happy.
