it does not turn

I actually have the canoe so I am sitting in the front seat the trim isn,t too bad how about a couple of rub strips/ spray rails ?

As of now I have one of the outboard / trolling motor brackets. right now both ends are pointed as the canoe is fiberglass/polyester it would be fairly easy to cut one end and install a transom I was wandering if the transom had to be a certain size in relation to the LOA I may try a small pivoting leeboard and see what if any effect that has. the trim is pretty close until I apply power then not so bad . thanks

After installing a 2 hp outboard on a 15' 6" canoe does anyone have any advice to get it to steer better Square transom? leeboard ? TIA

nice boat thanks for the photos I was wondering how much of a boat a 10 footer was with a person in it the pictures kina give me some perspective I was looking at plans for a pointy skiff and a "fishermans skiff"

This is what I have been led to belive, is this correct ? I once asked Phil Bolger about this and he told me each one I build and sell just figger the cost of the plans into the sale price of the boat . I need to check with Ms. Altenburger and see if this is still good. Is this how most designers do? ?? When plans are put into magazines and books you can build with out limit ?? and without fees ?? thanks for any help. Oh yea I am new here been reading as much as I can
