  1. Steve: Any new sea trials information? Thanks: Paul T
  2. Steve: Regarding the prop. I did a fast scan through the build about the final prop selection. You indicated that a 10 x 14 was your choice and had been vetted by folks at prop shops and other builders. I haven't been able to find an indication if that was indeed what you have on the boat. My curiosity has to do with the speed you have been seeing while under way. Does the tach indicate you are running at or near the 3000rpm level you had estimated after you had adjusted the throttle stop? Thanks: Paul
  3. Steve: Thanks for the updates. Looking forward to seeing it in the water again! Thanks: Paul T
  4. Steve: Thanks for the update. It will be interesting to see the modifications to the rudder. The process of de-bugging is always there on a new project. This has been very interesting to follow. I like the look of the new coaming. it'll look nice bright. Sincerely: Paul T
  5. Steve: You guys did a super job.. And got her in the water really quickly. I'm sorry I missed the launch but thanks a bunch for the pictures. Congratulations to you and Wally Sincerely: Paul T

  7. Steve: Thanks for the update. The boat is looking great. Sincerely: Paul T
  8. Steve: Third and final lamination on the gunwhales?.. What thickness ply are you using on this? Clamping or setting screws for each lamination? Thickened epoxy? Thanks Steve.. What a great project! Paul T
  9. Steve: Forgive me if I have overlooked it, but what is the fuel cell capacity? Thanks: Paul T
  10. Steve: Thanks for the updates. Great pictures offering much information. Ssincerely: Paul T
  11. Steve: Thanks again for the info Sincerely: Paul
  12. Steve: Another question.. Engine cooling. Keel cooler? or raw water? Thanks: Paul T
  13. Starting to get Rescue Minor construction withdrawal :-? Hope things are okay.. Sincerely: Paul
  14. Steve: In the second picture, what is the small tubing from the engine to the drive shaft for? Thanks: Paul T
  15. Hi Steve: Question regarding your choice of a diesel. I haven't ever used a diesel motor but being around them from time to time, on occasion there is a very strong odor from the fuel. Is this a normal "feature" of having a diesel in a boat? Or the result of poor fuel storage and delivery in the boat, or perhaps the design of the system? Also... What kind of wood are the motor mount logs made of? Thanks: Paul T
