That thay do , moored at the dock or on the trailer. If coverd, just put a window in the tarp over the solor vent.

Here's a few pic's of a Minuet. This one was up for sale over on E-Bay awhile back. It was built in 87 and sold for under $1,200.00, encluding the trialer! I believe it to be built (for the most part) per plans. I myself, will be making a few changes. Like the, cockpit seat hachtes, swing rudder, enclose the lockers from cabin and Flotation. Just to mention a few, there is one or two more. Not to take away from this build, I think he did a mighty find job. Hi YA PAR, Got your E, will reply later. But yah, I did get the two mixed up. Got that wooden boat syndrome, going on. :? About the Minuet, the design states it's a self-draining cockpit. But, in fact it's not. Unless that is, you install a scupper in the center. (I'll send some pic's with my E to ya.) It come's up now and then over on the Glen-L forum. But, I still beleave it to be a good build.

Scott, your build to date has been vary inspirational to many. You have a vary fine build going on there. Keep the Faith. I'm sure, from what I've seen so far, that your roof beams and framing will turn out just fine. :wink: I'd put some reins on her though

Scott, Louverd doors I think would look great. Leave the louvers flush on the backside of each door to screen. Then install also, three L channels on the backside of each. Making a U shape, so that you can have "drop in boards". Install the bottom channel so it drains out through the bottom openning of the lower louver. Also, install a hasp at the outer top so when in need they can be locked together. Creating the same affect as drop down boards.

Tim, do ya have the dagger-board in place to off-set the mast, for when going down the road? :wink:

Oyster, I was only referring to the last pic were it shows a reference line of the proper angle. Some what like you have done with yours. Notice Tims line he drew in his pic.
