jason joel Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 well after getting my stonefly lashed im now alost done lashing my fire fly. but i just cant figure out where frame 8.3 fits in.it is small spare rib shaped with a gunwale top.can you direct me to what im not seeing jeff? i know its right in front of me but it aint registerin! Kudzu Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 It goes at the 8'3" frame, it is to support the coaming when you get in the out the boat and put you weight on it. You have to trim it to fit. You don't want it touching the skin. If you use the plywood coaming then the bottom ringt can rest on it. Just not the skin. Quote
