Kudzu Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 I finished building Wren a couple of months ago and have spent as much time as possible in her. Couple of weeks ago we did a trip I have wanted to do for a while now. A 14 mile moonlight paddle. That was a blast! I just looked and realize I never posted photos of the finished boat. Matter for fact I have broke it and fixed it to. If you use one, your going to do something to it! Here she was just before her Maiden trip. I was finishing up the last few details. Here she is on Short Creek. One of my first trips in the boat. This is my first design and second Kayak build. I have to say I am impressed with this boat. I am surprised at how well it preforms. I mean you just don't get your first design perfect.... of course it isn't perfect. But it does everything I wanted and has no bad habits. So, maybe it is perfect? Quote
