Moisture under varnish?

Hmm

I notised some small black spots inside varnish. Maby in fife places - where I have install some fittigs.  I have to store the boat outside all sommer, but in winter time I have good,  but not warmed shelter.

With wooden boat there are some maintenance?, but shoud I sand these kind of spots with bare wood and let it (dry) in winter and varnish them in next spring or just let it be and put some ny varnish to seal these areas?

That's what I would do.

I don't think it would take a whole winter to dry, though.

I have had problems similar to this that are caused by air trying to escape through either the epoxy or varnish. It causes a bunch of tiny blisters that will darken with time.  At least this is what I think is causing the problem and using a good sealer or heat thinned epoxy prior to the normal application has kept it from happening.
