Sea Pearl 21

Does anyone have any experience with the Sea Pearl 21?  It seems like an interesting take on the pirogue style with balanced ends, leeboards and rotating masts with booms rather than spritbooms. Being 6'3" tall, centerboard trunks and I have an unhappy relationship when the wind is light and one winds up spending hours sittling still in the boat.

Just curious.
