Seats on a nested Spindrift

Has anyone used screws or some other way to secure the seats on a nested Spindrift? I'm thinking of a capsize or some other event where the boat might flip. I'd hate to lose the seats.

Maybe one 1 1/2 inch wood screw on each side of the bench and rear seat, through the seat and into the cleat? All epoxy sealed of course.

The only seats on my Spindrift which were not epoxied in place (Compartment in the bow and aft compartments) were the aft seat and the center seat. The aft seat was set up so it fit tight and remains in place unless I pop it out with the heel of my hand. The center seat has to be positioned carefully to get it in and/or out of position (past the nesting screws) and it would be difficult for it to come out by itself. Additionally, I added a seat on each side of the boat for sailing, that spans from the center seat to the floatation compartment. Those seats are bolted to the compartment and to the center seat.

Here are pictures of the side seats before I added the hold down bolts to the seats. I found that they needed to be bolted down when I sailed as they would move out of position as I moved about in the boat.

I hope that gives you an idea of what I did.
