Laura ran after me with a bottle of Dr. Pepper because it would not spray any more. By the way I need to escape back to the lake, Mom wants me to take a shower. Quote
Mike Pennington Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 I was able to attend the annual Harding Lake Mess-about and Laura's new Skipjack's launching. The boat sails well and I think Mark may find he will have to build ANOTHER boat, so Alexander can keep up. Although I must add that the Amphora is one fine rowing craft and Alexander's arms are musceling up into some big guns :wink: Fairbanks Fleet, Skippers and Crew in all there glory. Out the channel, Alexander in the lead, Mark's Flyer (me at the helm) and Laura's Swimmer with crewman Mark (Boat Builder). Skipper with a bone in her teeth. My first solo sail in a Weekender, and I liked it :wink: Quote
